To join this class: 1. Book via Fitkey 2. Create a free Zoom account 3. 30 minutes prior to the class commencing, you will be emailed a link to join. Please ensure you have wifi connection. The email will also include any props you may need (resistance band/ weights). This is a high-energy and endurance-focused class. Balance and strength exercises bump up the calorie-burning effects while clients are led through flowing sequences aimed at keeping the heart rate elevated. For good measure, elements of athletic conditioning have been added to give you a full-body, energy-driven workout that amplify the results.
